Then today rushed a few blocks through
Yep, that never works...noticed that the little square in the 3 bottom blocks is not straight. So obviously need to be a bit more careful and will have 3 blocks to re-do. What a hassle!
Still not sure whether I like this or not...may well turn out to be the biggest flop, however, the fabric is cut and the units are ready to be pieced...too late to change my mind.
Linking up to Let's Bee Social over at Lorna's and also to WIP Wednesday at Freshly Pieced.
Until next time

Sometimes it takes a few blocks before you decide you like it. This one has a nice quiet vibe going for it.
ReplyDeleteI think it will be a great quilt when you are done! Keep on going :-) Curious as to which pattern?
ReplyDeleteI like the pattern and the fabrics. Keep going and it may win you over.
ReplyDeleteHmmm I like it - it is a soothing color combo, and an attractive pattern.
ReplyDeleteI rather like it too! You have added lots of variety with the neutrals to create interest and there's a nice gentle feel to it. I imagine some curvy quilting later will add extra texture... this has real potential! Linda
ReplyDeleteLike the block you are using. Can't wait to see it all done.
ReplyDeleteI think it is really cool - love the pattern.
ReplyDeleteI think when the blocks are all together, it looks lovely , keep at it, it will be worth it I'm sure.
ReplyDeleteHave been lookng at some of the posts you have...and have enjoyed seeing what you do. Very interesting re the Pffaf 4.2 I do love your WCQ..its lovely ...
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun & interesting block! I love the neutrals and as a previous poster stated the quilting motifs will make this a knock-out. I think I may give this block a whirl, I have so many charm squares and need to use them up. Best, Ann in USA
